How do I start a return?

Submit the Start a Return form within 7 days of delivery. Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing your item.

Will I receive a refund?

Approved returns receive store credit only. Her Moment does not issue refunds to the original payment method.

What items are final sale?

Discounted or sale items, accessories, swimwear, and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed. Before an order is processed or shipped, Her Moment may approve a cancellation for store credit.
