Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping
Her Moment currently ships within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping Delays
Once your order has been shipped, Her Moment is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Her Moment is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Her Moment is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but that are missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
