Complete the form to request a return. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. If approved, the item must be shipped back within 4 days of approval.

Before you begin:

Approved returns receive store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, odors, pet hair, and other marks.
Sale items, accessories, swimwear, and shoes are final sale.
Please do not mail an item until Her Moment approves your request and provides return instructions.
